Critically endangered North Atlantic proper whales are getting smaller, which is impacting their capacity to breed, scientists have found. 

In a research revealed Wednesday (Jan. 28) within the journal Royal Society Open Science, researchers analyzed many years of information and located that smaller females had fewer infants.
